“Music is meeting each other and yourself (again)”
“Vibrations”
Frequency increasing – Relaxation and healing

The use of voice and sound is an important part of every spiritual tradition on earth; many of the techniques that are now scientifically proven to have a healing effect and accelerate the healing process, both physically and mentally, have been used for thousands of years by shamans, healers and medicine men and women from many different traditions. These techniques are therefore increasingly being used as therapy or as support for therapy.
Sound is vibration that penetrates every substance, sets the smallest particles in motion and is thus able to rearrange our ‘reality’. Our body, our thoughts, our feelings and emotions, our environment and ultimately our world. Sound vibrations penetrate bones and organs, reaching layers of the body that cannot be reached by manual massage. Individual growth, natural balance and freedom arise when you recognise and use the healing power of sound.
A “Vibration” concert is not a concert in the usual sense of the word. I am not a singer, but primarily work as a sound healer. My voice and my instruments are the “tools” I use for this purpose. The instruments I work with include singing bowls, piano, voice, ocean drum, etc.
This means that I have the gift of using my voice and, if necessary, instruments to redirect the life energy from the spiritual world to the people present. This activates and strengthens the self-healing power of the participants.
The energy expressed through my voice is therefore much stronger than would be possible with my human voice alone. In addition, the sounds work beyond the mind, exactly where they need to work.
You are warmly invited to participate in this sound healing concert, which begins with a guided meditation. I will take you on an inner journey, using the sounds and vibrations of the instruments and my voice.
Hearing the sounds creates inner balance and harmony with your own soul. They have a transformative effect on what can be released within you, bringing you deep joy and peace and new impulses.
Where well-being and music meet, a ‘vibration’ concert offers a soothing sound bath of acoustic and possibly electronic sounds, where participants, lying down and relaxed, feel safe and supported by the sounds.
These transformative experiences with healing sounds are an invitation to recovery, relaxation and healing that lasts 60 to 75 minutes.
The “Vibration” concert begins with guided meditations and/or exercises that bring participants into deep connection with themselves, their bodies, each other and the space. This allows them to receive the maximum benefit from this sound bath.
What to bring: a bottle of water, a yoga mat or something similar, a blanket and a pillow so you can lie down comfortably. Possibly something to cover your eyes.

The healing power of sound
Healing sound and meditation sessions

During these sessions the group participants collectively send energy to each other, situations or people and animals who need it. With the help of focused intention, exercises, meditations, energy work and sounds, we practise with and for each other.
How does it work?
During the sessions, I make myself available as a channel for universal life energy to send it to those present. This activates and strengthens the self-healing capacity of the participants.
To this end, for the first 10-15 minutes, I sing and/or play the sounds that come through me for the group, which benefits from these high-frequency vibrations.
There are no requirements, special skills or abilities needed to participate. Just an open heart and the desire to contribute to the healing of our world.
In addition to the energy that is sent out to each other, the world, other people, our loved ones and friends who need help, you yourself receive powerful healing energy to transform and heal what needs to be healed within you.
I have a dream……
I see a group of people sitting in a circle. Sick and healthy people, young and old. Men and women of all faiths, from all backgrounds and of all skin colours and nationalities.
And all together they meditate and pray and connect with the universal energy. And all together they send this energy to other people in the group. To heal what is not well and sick, to heal the pain, physically, mentally and emotionally.
And all together we send this life energy with all our love and compassion to those situations in the world that need to be healed and saved. To everything and everyone living on Earth, many of whom are suffering so terribly.
We send it to our beloved Earth so that she too can heal from the wounds that humanity has inflicted and continues to inflict on her. For she too is a living being with a loving soul and needs our understanding of who she is, what she is and what she gives us every moment of our lives.
Let us bring all our love and light together, together with that which is greater than us, and send it where it is needed. Our combined energy can work wonders.
Even if you are ill or tired, or rather, especially if you are ill or have problems, you can help, because it is not your energy but the universal energy with which we work. And this also flows through you while you are giving, and has a healing and activating effect.
In addition to the energy that is sent out to the world, other people, our loved ones and friends who need help, you yourself receive powerful healing energy to transform and heal what needs to be healed within you.
Who receives gives. Who gives receives.
With our sounds we can help the world!

Circle singing

Circle singing is a group singing technique in which music is created through improvisation and collaboration, giving all participants the opportunity to sing, fantasise and explore their abilities.
This singing technique was developed by American singer, conductor and composer Bobby McFerrin during a lifetime of groundbreaking vocal research.
Circle singing consists of creating spontaneous vocal compositions in a group setting, often in a circle or semi-circle.
The technique is based on call-and-response, in which one person leads the group by singing a musical phrase and the other participants respond with their own variations and improvisations, which can consist of harmonies, melodies, rhythms, funny sounds, invented language, silence, prayers and laughter. Everything that is sung is completely improvised in the moment.
It is a collective musical experience in which we take risks and build (self) confidence. Circle singing can be a powerful tool for personal growth and gives participants the opportunity to express themselves creatively while connecting with others in a joyful way.
In the circle, we make music, build (self-)confidence, take risks and embrace life to the fullest.
Everything that is sung is completely improvised in the moment, without repeating a familiar melody.
The joy felt during circle songs is a unique and uplifting experience that is difficult to put into words; it often refers to the feeling of joy, connection and unity that can be experienced when participating in this musical form.
The process of making music in a group is a unique and joyful experience that can help build a sense of community and connection among participants.
The events take place on average once a month in Saint Jean de la Blaquière. Duration of an event between 2 and 3 hours.
Don’t hesitate to discover improvised singing and have fun with us!
