Healing sound and meditation sessions
Although we are convinced that what we can perceive with our senses is reality, it is now known that everything that exists is different frequencies of vibrations. So are we, and so are our bodies, because we are part of everything. This has even been scientifically proven.
Vibrations have sound. And sounds influence each other.
Intention is not limited to big thoughts during meditation, but includes each of your approximately 70,000 thoughts per day, including your judgements and opinions. Even the most untrue and deceitful thoughts actually influence your life. Over the course of your life, these thoughts shape your life and influence how you perceive and interact with the world.
The power of your sound, your thinking and your thoughts plays an important role in many different aspects of your life, for example in healing illnesses and physical complaints and solving problems.
You can actually bring about physiological changes for yourself and others with your sound/voice and your intention.
Your thoughts have incredible power. Quantum physics shows that we can influence reality by using our thoughts, the sounds of our voice and our intentions. Our thoughts have creative power.
The “Power of Sound”
If you have ever been to a concert or seen one on TV, you know that the first violinist sets the tone for the entire orchestra. The result is harmony, unity and beautiful music (depending, of course, on whether you like that kind of music).
Imagine, however, that the first note is wrong or played out of tune. The result: chaos, irritation and something that cannot be called music. The entire orchestra is in panic.
That note is therefore very important for the entire orchestra and the audience (and possibly your family, who will have to put up with your bad mood when you get home).
That note is like a negative thought, like chaos in your mind. Everything gets mixed up and nothing good comes of it. That’s what happens when you constantly send out thoughts and they have an effect, even if you’re not aware of it (approx. 70,000 thoughts per day). It is important to become aware of your thoughts, because they determine your life goals and influence your life.
By observing your thoughts and consciously improving them, you can bring about positive changes in your life.
There is always a solution to your problems, you just have to believe in it.
Imagine that your body is an orchestra. Your various organs, bones, muscles, tendons, even your cells are the various instruments. If all those instruments are well tuned and play harmonious music together, your body is healthy. The nice thing is that you don’t have to be the conductor, because you couldn’t do that anyway. Or could you?
Suppose your big toe hurts because you stubbed it. Poor thing. Not only does it hurt, but it also makes it difficult to walk, and your foot, leg, hip, spine, everything is strained differently. The whole orchestra is thrown off balance. There is no more harmony. Your mood drops, your vibration level drops. From harmony to disharmony. From a high vibration number to a lower one.
Help, what to do? A good conductor would come in handy now. But what can they do with so many billions of body cells, so many organs, etc., etc.?
That conductor, and that is you, can do two important things to restore harmony.
- Think differently in a very focused way, in other words, change your intention. Thinking differently is living differently.
- Sing, make a sound. Because that also changes your vibration, your frequencies go up again (and with them those of the entire energy field of which you are a part).
It is as if our instruments are being retuned.
But often we don’t start doing this because we don’t even think we can. Or because it is too big a job to do on your own.
That is precisely why working together in a group works so well. Because such a group is also something like an orchestra. And when those people form a single intention with a single goal, forming one great harmony, it works incredibly much stronger and faster than if you were to try it on your own.
Intention has nothing to do with hope. It is about knowing that you have control over your thoughts and your own voice (even in times of uncertainty). And with that, the greatest forces for change.
It’s true, we live in chaotic times. There is a lot going on: financial instability, global unrest and constant change. This can easily lead to fear, especially when it comes to your future security and well-being.
You may not have control over the world, but it is your response to it that largely determines how you feel. Don’t let that fear sabotage you any longer, but take action.
To this end, I offer the opportunity to participate in a ‘Power of Sound’ group for people who are open to the possibility of healing and intention.
It is the experiences you have during the ‘Power of Sound’ meetings (also online) that will help you finally break out of the impasse and move towards a better future. For you, for the world.
